Last updated October 25, 2026. These terms govern the Consent Check text messaging program and your use of consent-check.com, operated by DUDE, WHAT'S THE BID LLC.
SMS program terms
Program name: Consent Check.
Description: If you opt in, Consent Check sends transactional and account text messages related to your Consent Check audits, report unlocks, account activity and support requests.
Message frequency: Up to 4 msgs/month; frequency varies with your account activity.
Message and data rates may apply.
Text HELP for help. Text STOP to cancel. After you send STOP you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information, including mobile information.

Site terms of use
Acceptable use. Submit only URLs you are permitted to test. Do not use the scanner to attack, overload or scrape sites, or to resell results without permission.
Observed behavior, not legal advice. Reports describe network and cookie behavior we observed in a real browser at a point in time. They are not a legal conclusion or legal advice.
No warranty. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Payments. Paid unlocks are processed by Stripe and governed by the price shown at checkout.
Governing law. These terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Duval County (Jacksonville), Florida.
Changes. We may update these terms and will revise the date above.
